These characters were inspired by the deadly trio of Lightning, Thunder and Rain also known as The Three Storms from the 1986 cult classic, Big Trouble in Little China. (pronounced deen in Cantonese) – Lightning (luei in Cantonese) – Thunder (yuu in Cantonese) – Rain
